This summer has been spent rebuilding the access platforms on the lighthouse and finishing painting the exterior (watch room). The lead paint has been abated in the largest room on the main floor as well. We’re also working on getting the railing repaired. There always seems to be so much left to do!
We’re also busy working on some fundraising ideas. Next season, there will be a special link to purchase Washington Nationals baseball tickets with some of the proceeds going to the lighthouse.
